Meet our lawyer

Usha Immigration is led by Iuliana ( Juliana ) Duna Nees, who is a Canadian Lawyer, Notary Public, and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.

Iuliana (Juliana) was also very dedicated to her students at the Academy of Learning Career College here in Calgary where she instructed five out of ten immigration modules for the Immigration Consultant Diploma Program. 

She speaks fluent English, Romanian, French, and Dutch.

Iuliana (Juliana) holds a Bachelor in Law degree granted to her by the University of Bucharest, Romania, and a Master's degree from the University of Antwerpen in Belgium. She possesses an Immigration Consultant Diploma from Ashton College, Vancouver. 

She completed her Canadian legal education through the NCA program where she obtained her Certificate of Qualification. She is an Active Member of the Alberta Law Society.
